Collection Management

Inventory and Collection Management

We believe that the active management of your collection can improve the collection and increase both its quality and value. This is why we propose, ensuring confidentiality and discreetness, to manage your collection while taking into account all the necessary aspects that regard the management and conservation of the individual works.

In collaboration with Anouck Clissen, we have developed a thorough collection management activity. Our services consist of two parts, namely the creation of an as complete as possible database and the management of the collection.

For the database, we have opted to work with a Belgian program – Amy Art Manager – because it enables us to fully adapt to the needs of our customers. In the meantime, we have found the Amy program to be both simple in use as well as very complete. The database is managed on an external server and is easily accessible by a personal and secured password from any computer device. A daily backup protects the data.
